Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits under this Warranty Policy are in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under this Warranty Policy, 4×4 Armour warrants that its products, under normal use and in accordance with the relevant product’s Technical Specifications, Installation Instructions, and this Warranty Policy, will be free from defects in materials, assembly and workmanship for a period of up to 6 months from the original date of purchase. This excludes normal wear and tear from use on your vehicle.
4×4 Armour products are only intended for outdoor use and in particular, when off road only. Failure to use 4×4 Armour products in this way will void this Warranty Policy.
Any service or repairs to 4×4 armour products carried out by non-4×4 Armour personnel will void this Warranty Policy.
This Warranty Policy does not apply to any defects to 4×4 Armour products as a result of customer abuse, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, unauthorised service, modifications, improper installation or damage caused by accident.
Under this Warranty Policy, 4×4 Armour will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product without charge to the owner within the warranty period. This is your sole remedy from 4×4 Armour under this Warranty Policy, although other remedies may be available at law, and no third party is authorised to assume liability or on 4×4 Armours behalf or impose any obligation on 4×4 Armour.
To the extent permitted by law, 4×4 Armour’s aggregate liability to you in connection with any product is limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of the relevant 4×4 Armour product. Unless required by law, 4×4 Armour is not liable for any indirect, special reliance, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of profit, savings, revenue, business, goodwill or data sustained or incurred in connection with the product.
To the extent permitted by law, 4×4 Armour does not accept any liability for any loss, cost, damage or expense arising from or in connection with the theft of any product.
